1. Warehouse Admin Staff (Placement: Pontianak)
We are looking for an organized individual to maintain the integrity of our warehouse documentation and inventory flow.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or warehouse operations is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, specifically VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables.
* Proven ability to meet daily operational targets.
* Accurately record inventory, shipments, and warehouse activity.
* Coordinate seamlessly with warehouse personnel, suppliers, and internal departments.
* Ensure all warehouse procedures strictly follow established safety and quality standards.
* Manage stock documentation and conduct periodic inventory audits.
2. Account Receivable Staff (Placement: Sidoarjo)
Our finance team is seeking a detail-oriented professional to handle client billing and receivables management.
* Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Accounting or Finance.
* At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or general finance.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
* High level of accuracy, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
* Previous experience within the logistics industry is a significant advantage.
* Prepare and dispatch invoices to clients.
* Manage payment follow-ups and update aging reports.
* Reconcile payment data against issued invoices.
* Process transactions within the accounting system.
* Coordinate with the operational team regarding billing data.
3. Cleaning Service (PHL) (Placement: Manado)
We are seeking a disciplined individual to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility.
* Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) diploma.
* Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is preferred.
* Strong work ethic, integrity, and personal discipline.
* Ability to work both independently and within a team.
* Willingness to work according to company operational schedules, including overtime when required.
* Maintain the cleanliness of work areas, warehouses, and common facilities.
* Monitor and manage cleaning supply inventory and pantry requirements.
* Support meeting operational needs, including refreshment preparation.
* Ensure efficient waste management to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable work environment.
4. Daily Warehouse Staff / PHL (Placement: Pontianak)
We are looking for resilient individuals to assist in our high-intensity cold storage operations.
* Minimum SMK/high school degree or equivalent.
* Willingness to work in shifts and support overtime requirements.
* Capable of working in extreme temperature environments (as low as -25°C).
* Strong physical stamina, adaptability, and an honest work approach.
* Previous warehouse experience is highly valued.
* Execute loading, unloading, and organizing of goods on fleets and pallets.
* Verify the accuracy of physical goods against shipping documents.
* Prepare detailed reports regarding goods and document inspection.
* Handle storage and retrieval of inventory with speed, precision, and safety.
* Perform accurate stock counts to ensure inventory precision at all times.
