1. Telecommunications Technician
* Education: D.IV or D.III in Air Navigation and Telecommunications Engineering (TNU).
* Requirements: Must hold a valid License and Rating, along with a TOEIC score of at least 405 (Intermediate level).
2. Administrative Staff – Software & Network Engineering
* Education: S.1, D.IV, or D.III in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications/Networking concentration).
* Requirement: TOEFL ITP score of at least 500 (issued in 2026).
3. Administrative Staff – Creative Design & Digital Products
* Education: S.1 or D.III in Visual Communication Design (DKV) or Digital Product Design.
* Requirement: TOEFL ITP score of at least 500 (issued in 2026).
4. Administrative Staff – Accounting
* Education: S.1 or D.III in Accounting.

## General Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Open to male and female applicants with a maximum age of 27 years as of September 1, 2026.
* Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Physically and mentally fit.
* Minimum height: 160 cm for men and 155 cm for women, with an ideal body mass index.
* No tattoos; no body piercings for male applicants.
* Willingness to be assigned to any AirNav Indonesia operational area, with a specific focus on 3T (frontier, outermost, and underdeveloped) regions.
* Must not have any existing employment bonds and must be willing to resign from current employment if selected.
