## Open Positions in the Manufacturing Division (Bekasi)
We are currently seeking candidates for the following roles based in our Bekasi facility:
1. R&D Staff
We are looking for an innovative thinker to lead our technical design processes.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering. 1–2 years of experience in engineering, design, or fabrication. Proficiency in 3D modeling, detail drawing, and mechanical design standards (SNI, ISO, ASTM, etc.).
* Key Responsibilities: Creating 3D models and shop drawings, conducting reverse engineering, developing prototypes, and ensuring designs meet precise material and structural standards.
2. HSE Staff
Safety is our top priority. We need a proactive professional to maintain our commitment to a secure workplace.
* Requirements: D3 in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or Public Health. Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A) and an AK3U certificate from Kemnaker is highly preferred.
* Key Responsibilities: Enforcing safety procedures, conducting site inspections, managing safety documentation, and facilitating training sessions to ensure total compliance with government regulations.
3. Field Operations Officer
If you enjoy hands-on work and project management, this role is for you.
* Requirements: SMA/SMK graduates (Mechanical, Welding, or Fabrication majors). Fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in reading shop drawings and using industrial measurement tools.
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinating fabrication and installation projects, managing material requests, and tracking project progress to ensure timely completion.
4. Digital Marketing and Customer Service
Help us grow our brand and maintain strong client relationships.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Marketing, Communication, or related fields. Experience in digital marketing, web administration, or sales support. Strong grasp of SEO, Google Analytics, and content creation tools (Canva/Adobe suite). Active English proficiency is required.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing the company website, creating promotional content, handling client inquiries, and facilitating the sales administration process.
5. Quality Control (QC) Staff
Ensure excellence in every product we deliver.
* Requirements: D3/S1 in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing QC. Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing interpretation is essential.
* Key Responsibilities: Conducting rigorous product inspections throughout the production cycle to maintain our high standards of quality.
## Management Trainee Program
We are launching our Management Trainee program across our various business units, including PT Adhimix RMC Indonesia, PT Adhimix PCI Indonesia, PT Abadi Prima Inti Karya, and PT Indo Sarana Jaya Perkasa.
* Eligibility: Fresh graduates with a D4 degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or Accounting. A minimum GPA of 2.75 is required.
