## Job Overview: Finance, Accounting & Tax Staff
AEI is looking for a driven candidate to manage daily financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Cost Analysis & Reporting: Thoroughly review internal financial statements and analyze the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) to optimize financial efficiency.
* Transaction Management: Accurately record all accounts payable and receivable transactions while preparing essential financial instruments such as checks, receipts, and invoices.
* Cash Flow & Reconciliation: Manage petty cash, handle bank reconciliations, and oversee daily cash transactions with high precision.
* Tax Compliance: Calculate, prepare, and submit all necessary tax-related documentation in accordance with local regulations.
* Asset Control: Maintain strict internal controls and comprehensive records for company assets.
Candidate Requirements

* Gender & Attitude: A passionate female accounting professional with an optimistic and proactive working attitude.
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Business, or Management from a reputable university, maintaining a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Finance, Accounting, or Tax Staff member specifically within the manufacturing industry.
* Age Limit: Maximum 30 years of age.
* Certifications: Must possess valid Brevet A, B, or C tax certifications.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in the Japanese language will serve as a distinct competitive advantage.
* Technical Literacy: Demonstrate excellence in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for complex financial data management.
* Location: Willingness to commute or relocate for daily operations based in Cikarang, West Java.
