Key Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates must meet specific criteria to ensure safe and efficient machinery management on-site:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent diploma.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience operating heavy equipment or specialized units. Proficiency with tractors, excavators, graders, or similar machinery is essential, with prior experience in oil palm plantations acting as a distinct advantage.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with daily machinery inspections and basic maintenance protocols, including fluid checks (oil, hydraulics, coolant, fuel), track and tire assessments, and dashboard indicator monitoring.
* Safety Compliance: Comprehensive understanding and strict application of occupational health and safety (K3) regulations alongside standard operating procedures (SOP).
