## Eligibility Criteria for the GAMMA Program
To ensure we cultivate top-tier talent, candidates must meet the following professional and academic requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum D1 degree in Agriculture, Plantation Science, or Forestry.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Academic Standing: A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
* Marital Status: Must be currently unmarried.
* Mobility: Full readiness to be stationed at any of the company’s operational sites across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
* Training Commitment: Willingness to undergo an intensive 6-month educational program at the BSP Academy in Kisaran, North Sumatra.
* Service Obligation: Commitment to a 2-year service bond with the company following the completion of the program.
