1. Junior Geologist
The Junior Geologist will play a hands-on role in executing comprehensive exploration phases in alignment with strategic operational blueprints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute exploration stages including geological mapping, drilling operations, geophysical logging, coal sampling, and detailed reporting.
* Describe core drilling samples accurately and generate comprehensive drill logs.
* Interpret geophysical logging data and maintain structured drilling databases.
* Coordinate seamlessly with the exploration team while adhering strictly to company standards and operating procedures.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in coal geology.
* Demonstrate deep proficiency in coal geological mapping, drilling supervision, coal sample handling, database management, geophysical logging interpretation, and borehole correlation.
* Willingness to be stationed at the operational site in North Musi Rawas (Musi Rawas Utara), South Sumatra.
2. Exploration Geologist
The Exploration Geologist will take ownership of planning, executing, and supervising large-scale exploration campaigns, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, execute, and oversee all exploration workflows, encompassing mapping, drilling, logging, geophysics, sampling, and official reporting.
* Conduct precise interpretation and correlation of coal seams to build accurate geological models.
* Manage, update, and validate comprehensive geological databases.
* Collaborate effectively with internal exploration teams, support units, and external stakeholders.
* Ensure all exploration activities strictly comply with safety standards, operational procedures, and governmental regulations.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* Bring at least 5 years of proven working experience in a similar exploration role.
* Master coal geological mapping, drilling techniques, exploration reporting, geological modeling, and coal resource estimation.
Hold a mandatory Mining Supervisor Certification—either Pengawas Pertambangan Tingkat Pratama (POP) or Madya* (POM).
* Prepared to be placed at the operational site in North Musi Rawas (Musi Rawas Utara), South Sumatra.
