Key Responsibilities
* Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, encompassing candidate sourcing, resume screening, and initial candidate selection.

* HR Administration: Handle essential daily administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient department operations.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: Recent graduates holding a degree in Psychology or a closely related field (final-year university students with no remaining classes are strongly encouraged to apply).
* Work Ethic & Aptitude: High energy levels, a proactive attitude, and the ability to learn new concepts rapidly.
* Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with candidates and stakeholders effectively.
* Preferred Experience: Prior hands-on exposure or internships within recruitment, talent acquisition, or employer branding fields.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity and practical experience with design tools such as Canva for creating engaging recruitment materials.
* Availability: Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 months.
* Work Arrangement: Willing to work on a hybrid schedule from our corporate headquarters located at Blugreen Office, Kembangan, West Jakarta.
