1. Marketing & Promotion Department Head
Lead our marketing strategy to elevate brand presence and drive business growth within the industrial real estate sector.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of experience in industrial or commercial real estate marketing.
* Key Skills: Branding, digital marketing, team leadership, budget management, and strong industry networking.
2. Internal Audit & Compliance Supervisor
Ensure operational integrity and strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of auditing experience.
* Key Skills: Expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, risk management, and advanced analytical problem-solving.
3. Legal Supervisor (Advocate)
Manage corporate land-related matters and ensure seamless legal compliance during property acquisitions.
