1. Institutional Relations & Corporate Marketing Staff
Division: Institutional Relations and Corporate Transformation
* Assist in the formulation of strategic programs, annual work plans, and institutional policy materials.
* Manage professional relationships with external stakeholders, including government bodies, regulators, industry associations, and strategic partners.
* Prepare high-level documentation, including presentation materials, official correspondence, and meeting minutes.
* Support corporate branding, positioning, and proactive stakeholder engagement initiatives.
* Develop business cooperation proposals and marketing materials to drive organizational growth.
* Conduct in-depth research and analysis regarding industry trends, market movements, and regulatory changes.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Communication, Marketing, or related majors).
* Open to fresh graduates or individuals with 1–3 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or external relations.
* Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication.
* Ability to coordinate effectively and follow up on strategic stakeholder interactions.

2. Marine Electrical Staff
This role is essential for ensuring the electrical integrity of vessels and industrial systems. We are looking for technical experts capable of navigating complex marine electrical layouts and maintaining our high standards of safety.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Solid understanding of marine electrical systems and the ability to interpret complex electrical blueprints.
* Familiarity with automation and control systems is highly preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
* Previous experience in the marine electrical field or shipyard operations is an advantage.
* Work Placement: North Jakarta.
