1. Management Trainee (External)
As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training designed to shape future leaders within the fast-paced food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain readiness to work in flexible shifts.
* Master core operational areas including food preparation, customer service, sanitation, safety, and security protocols.
* Manage shift finances accurately, balancing registers at the start and conclusion of each shift.
* Supervise and actively participate in daily staff work activities.
* Handle and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
* Monitor and evaluate staff adherence to operational procedures to guarantee top-tier food quality and service standards.
* Analyze competitor performance, market information, and sales trends.
* Identify and develop new sales opportunities based on market analysis.

2. Payroll Staff
The Payroll Staff member ensures that compensation processes are executed accurately, timely, and in strict compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Verify all incoming payroll-related data.
* Execute accurate salary computations and disbursements.
* Manage all administrative processes related to national social security (BPJS).
* Update salary structures in accordance with employee promotions or position adjustments.
* Record compensation calculations meticulously, matching attendance records and supporting data against strict payroll timelines.
* Manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with high accuracy.
Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in payroll management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* In-depth understanding of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan regulations.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail.

3. Warehouse Supervisor (Kepala Gudang)
