BGA Group is currently seeking talented, high-achieving individuals to join our Basic Development Program (BDP). This is an intensive developmental path designed to mold the next generation of industry leaders.
General Qualifications for Applicants
To be considered for the BDP program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Recent graduates (Bachelor’s Degree) or professionals with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Commitment: Must be willing to participate in a comprehensive 6-month basic development training program.
* Mobility: Must be prepared for deployment across our operational sites in Central or West Kalimantan.
