## Open Career Opportunities in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra
1. Cashier (Finance)
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage our daily factory cash operations and financial reporting.
* Responsibilities: Maintain daily factory cash reports, perform cash counts, process sales transactions, and generate sales/BS reports.
* Requirements: Minimum D3 degree in Accounting or Office Administration (GPA 3.00+), proficiency in MS Excel, and at least 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
2. QC Analyst
Ensure our product quality meets the highest standards through rigorous laboratory analysis.
* Responsibilities: Conduct testing on production samples and incoming goods, maintain analytical documentation, and report any deviations immediately to management.
* Requirements: Minimum D3 degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Biotechnology (GPA 3.00+). Candidates must be diligent, honest, and familiar with MS Office.
3. HRGA Staff
Play a pivotal role in maintaining a productive and harmonious work environment.
* Responsibilities: Oversee HR and General Affairs, including attendance, employee medical records, building maintenance, security, industrial relations, and compliance with ISO and K3 standards. You will also serve as a liaison between the factory and the local community.
* Requirements: Minimum S1 degree in Law or Management (GPA 3.00+). Preference is given to candidates with previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
4. Quality Control Supervisor
Lead our quality efforts by overseeing laboratory procedures and material management.
* Responsibilities: Coordinate analyst schedules, monitor compliance with testing protocols, and manage the inventory of laboratory reagents and control materials.
* Requirements: Minimum S1 degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Biology (GPA 3.00+), with at least 1 year of experience in QC and a solid understanding of chemical and microbiological analysis.
5. PPIC Supervisor
Optimize our production efficiency through precise planning and inventory management.
* Responsibilities: Develop production plans, forecast material requirements, monitor stock levels, and coordinate the arrival of essential goods.
* Requirements: Minimum S1 degree in Industrial Engineering (GPA 3.00+), 1–2 years of experience in PPIC, and proficiency in ERP software such as Oracle or SAP. Strong leadership skills are essential.
6. Engineering & Production Supervisor
Drive operational uptime and technical innovation within our manufacturing plant.
* Responsibilities: Monitor daily maintenance schedules, manage equipment downtime, lead technical improvement projects, and evaluate team performance.
* Requirements: Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (GPA 3.00+). Applicants must have 1–2 years of maintenance/utility experience and a strong working knowledge of PLC systems and electrical circuits.
