## Engineering Staff

Key Qualifications
* Education: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
* Age: Maximum 22 years old.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical maintenance, including hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, sensors, and rotating equipment (gears, bearings, shafts).
* Analytical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures systematically and utilize professional problem-solving frameworks such as PDCA, 5 Why, QC Story, and Root Cause Analysis.
* Maintenance Expertise: Knowledge of preventive maintenance cycles, lubrication, downtime reduction, MTBF/MTTR, and machine reliability.
* Practical Skills: Competency in using maintenance tools and precision measuring instruments.
* Professionalism: Strong communication skills, teamwork, a deep-seated safety mindset, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
## Production Engineering Staff
This position is ideal for candidates who are process-driven and eager to optimize manufacturing workflows. You will play a critical role in ensuring our assembly lines operate with maximum efficiency and quality.
Key Qualifications
* Education: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
* Age: Maximum 22 years old.
* Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of machining, assembly processes, and production equipment.
* Technical Ability: Proficiency in reading technical drawings, understanding tolerances, and utilizing basic measuring tools.
* Data Analysis: Strong capability in processing production data using Microsoft Excel.
* Efficiency Mindset: Understanding of cycle time, takt time, line balancing, and overall process productivity.
* Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated ability to implement Kaizen and other continuous improvement methodologies.
