## Open Position: LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer
DSLNG is currently looking for a dedicated LNG Sales Contract Operation Officer to manage the complexities of commercial natural gas logistics and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing critical commercial operations, including:
* Annual Delivery Program (ADP) Development: Gathering data and technical information to establish and maintain accurate shipment schedules, facilitating effective negotiations with buyers.
* Contractual Coordination: Executing and managing LNG Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), including price adjustments and ongoing negotiations under management guidance.
* Procedural Execution: Managing supplementary agreements, surveyor appointments, and seller representative designations to ensure seamless cargo delivery.
* Logistics Documentation: Preparing essential shipping documentation, including cargo loading/unloading instructions and port authority clearances to maintain compliance.
* Inventory Management: Developing weekly inventory management plans, coordinating field activities, and scheduling shipments to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
* Commercial Accounting: Calculating and drafting LNG cargo invoices based on JCC formulas to protect the company's commercial interests.
* Spot Market Operations: Implementing spot cargo agreements and managing spot ship chartering programs to ensure fleet availability.
* Reporting and Budgeting: Generating accurate internal and external management reports and overseeing the marketing and sales department budget to ensure fiscal discipline.
Job Qualifications
