1. Human Resources (HR) Staff
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR professional to support our internal human resources operations.
Key Requirements:
* Gender: Male or Female applicants are welcome to apply.
* Education: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in any major.
* Experience: Possess 1 to 2 years of hands-on professional experience working as an HR Staff member or HR Administrator.
* Technical Proficiency: Must have a strong command of Microsoft Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (particularly complex formulas and functions) being an absolute requirement.
* Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with BPJS health and employment administration, employee attendance tracking, and overtime management will serve as a distinct advantage during the selection process.

2. Cost Control Specialist
We are seeking an analytical and experienced Cost Control professional to join our corporate headquarters and manage financial planning for complex engineering projects.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: Bring a minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience working within an EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) or construction industry environment, specifically functioning as a Cost Control Specialist or Estimator.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive cost planning, scheduling, and project financial reporting.
* Software Proficiency: Strong capability using Microsoft Project is required; familiarity with Primavera software will be considered a strong value-added asset.
* Soft Skills: Possess exceptional interpersonal abilities, clear communication skills, and professional presentation capabilities.
* Analytical Mindset: Exhibit rigorous analytical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
