## Available Management Trainee Positions
We are looking for motivated individuals who possess a strong drive for excellence and are eager to build a long-term career within our diverse operational landscape. Our current recruitment drive includes the following streams:
1. Trainee Agronomy
* Educational Requirement: Bachelorโs degree in Agriculture, Plantation Science, or Forestry from a reputable university.
* Program Duration: 6 months of comprehensive on-the-job training.
* Key Attributes: Strong communication skills and a proactive initiative.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed or relocated across all our operational areas.
2. Trainee Engineering
* Educational Requirement: Bachelorโs degree in Agricultural Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
* Program Duration: 6 months of comprehensive on-the-job training.
* Key Attributes: Excellent communication skills and high initiative.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed or relocated across all our operational areas.
3. Trainee Administration
* Educational Requirement: Diploma (D3) in Accounting from a reputable university.
* Program Duration: 12 months of comprehensive on-the-job training.
* Skill Set: Proficiency in basic accounting principles and high expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
