1. Mechanical Maintenance Section Head
* Educational Background: Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Professional Background: At least 8 years of maintenance experience within Power Plant, Recovery Boiler, Recaust, and Lime Kiln environments.
* Leadership Experience: Minimum 4 years as a Supervisor, or 2 years as a Section Head / Superintendent.
* Core Competencies: Proficient in mechanical failure analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and reliability engineering.

2. Recovery Plant Section Head
* Educational Background: Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
