We are currently looking for a results-driven professional to fill a critical executive role at our operational hub in West Java.
## Position Overview
* Job Title: Head Human Capital & General Affair
* Work Location: Bogor, West Java (Gunung Putri / Citeureup area)
## Key Responsibilities
* Formulate and execute comprehensive Human Capital strategies aligned with the company’s long-term business objectives.
* Oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
* Direct general affairs operations to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant facility management and administrative workflows.
* Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership regarding workforce planning, labor regulations, and corporate culture enhancement.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology or a relevant Human Capital / Human Resources discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 5 years of proven working experience functioning as an HR Generalist, preferably within a manufacturing or heavy industrial setting.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional analytical thinking capabilities coupled with a proven track record in strategic execution.
* Personal Traits: A fast learner with a genuine passion for continuous improvement, acquiring new skills, and adapting to evolving industry trends.
* Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams while possessing strong leadership capabilities to guide and mentor staff.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced literacy in Microsoft Office applications and modern HR management systems.
