* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in any major, with Marketing or Mechanical Engineering preferred; or a Bachelor's degree (S1) with a minimum GPA of 3.5, particularly favoring majors in Marketing Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Environmental Engineering.
* Language Proficiency: For university graduates, a certified TOEFL/TOEIC score of at least 500 serves as a distinct advantage. High school applicants who demonstrate strong conversational English fluency will be prioritized. Proficiency in Japanese or Dutch is considered an exceptional bonus skill.
