## Job Description: Production Operator (12 Positions Available)
As a Production Operator at PT Hokkan Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of efficiency and product safety. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Machine Operation: Efficiently operate state-of-the-art production machinery, including packaging, mixing, blowing, and filling systems.
* Material Preparation: Prepare Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) to ensure seamless production runs without unnecessary downtime.
* Process Monitoring: Supervise ongoing manufacturing operations to guarantee smooth, continuous workflows.
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on production machinery to prevent technical issues and prolong equipment lifespan.
* Shift Reporting: Generate accurate and detailed production reports at the end of each work shift.
## Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or SMK equivalent).
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a machine operator within the beverage manufacturing sector.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with at least one type of production machinery utilized for PET bottled beverages.
* Soft Skills: High level of responsibility, strict discipline, and a professional attitude.
* Location: Willing to work on-site at our facility located in Ciawi, Bogor Regency.
