Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a minimum of a D4 or S1 degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Product Technology, Soil Science, Plant Pests and Diseases, or Plantation Production Management.
* Program Commitment: Willingness to successfully complete an intensive 6-month training program.
* Service Agreement: Readiness to fulfill a 2-year official service bond upon program completion.
* Work Location: Prepared for field placement across operational sites in East Kalimantan and West Kalimantan.
