We are currently looking for skilled, detail-oriented professionals to fill the following strategic roles within our organization.
1. Drafter
As a Drafter, you will serve as the bridge between conceptual design and physical execution. Your primary mission is to produce accurate technical drawings that guide our construction teams on-site.
Core Responsibilities
* Technical Documentation: Draft comprehensive architectural, structural, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) designs based on engineering specifications.
* Project Collaboration: Work closely with architects and engineers to develop functional hospital room layouts that adhere to strict medical standards.
* Revision Management: Update and refine drawings based on feedback from stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
* Compliance Oversight: Ensure all designs meet safety regulations, building codes, and specific healthcare facility standards regarding hygiene and accessibility.
* Documentation Control: Maintain a well-organized repository of digital and physical design documents for future audits and project references.
Qualifications
* Education: Minimum SMK, D3, or S1 degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience as a drafter, preferably in hospital or healthcare facility projects.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, high attention to detail, and the capacity to manage tight deadlines effectively.
2. Structural Engineer
Our engineering team is looking for a proactive Structural Engineer to ensure the integrity, safety, and durability of our building projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Structural Design: Execute complex calculations and designs for building structures, including foundations and superstructures.
* Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of structural strength and load-bearing capacities using industry-standard simulation software.
* Site Supervision: Monitor construction progress to verify that site activities strictly align with approved structural designs.
* Technical Reporting: Draft precise technical reports and present findings to project managers and clients.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging construction technologies and global industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree in Civil Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in building structure design.
* Technical Proficiency (Hard Skills):
* Proficiency in software such as ETABS, SAP, STAAD, and Autodesk Revit.
* Expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) is highly advantageous.
* Deep knowledge of local (SNI) and international building codes (ASCE, ACI).
