## Available Career Opportunity: Warehouse Staff
We are currently looking for a meticulous and driven Warehouse Staff member to join our operations team in Deltamas, Cikarang, West Java. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of efficiency and quality control that define our production cycle.
Core Responsibilities
* Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials while strictly adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) methodologies.
* Accuracy Control: Maintain impeccable stock records through consistent physical stock takes and cycle counting procedures.
* Compliance Oversight: Ensure all material handling follows strict SOPs, GMP, HACCP, Halal certifications, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Operational Leadership: Supervise forklift operators and general workers, ensuring daily tasks are executed effectively.
* Facility Maintenance: Uphold the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse environment.
* Reporting: Manage detailed logs and documentation, providing accurate reports regarding material consumption and inventory discrepancies.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the PPIC, Purchasing, Production, QA, and QC departments to align material availability with production schedules.
* Performance Achievement: Ensure all warehouse activities consistently meet the company’s defined KPIs and operational goals.
## Required Qualifications
To ensure success in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Female.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is preferred; however, highly motivated fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office applications (Excel proficiency is mandatory).
* Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
* Working Conditions: Ability and willingness to work within a Cold Storage environment.
* Location: The position is based in Deltamas, Cikarang, West Java.
