Core Responsibilities
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, including the alignment of staffing needs with specific business units, proactive candidate sourcing, screening, HR interviews, and coordinating assessment processes.
* Offer Management: Prepare competitive offer letters and collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits department to manage remuneration packages and lead negotiations within defined parameters.
* Documentation & Onboarding: Handle the preparation of employment contracts, ensure all hiring documentation is complete and compliant, and facilitate smooth onboarding experiences.
* Process Optimization: Manage recruitment timelines, track candidate progress, and serve as the primary point of contact for both hiring managers and applicants to ensure a positive, professional candidate journey.
* Data Analytics: Maintain comprehensive recruitment dashboards to monitor open positions, track key performance indicators, and identify actionable opportunities to streamline hiring efficiencies.
Qualifications and Experience

* Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment.
* Functional Skills: Strong capabilities in sourcing, interviewing, and cross-functional coordination.
