General Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 2.9 out of 4.0.
* Professional Experience: Proven track record in building construction projects, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience with BUMN Karya projects.
* Technical Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of MEP systems, including the ability to interpret and execute complex working drawings.
* Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and manage MEP field operations.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be assigned to any of PT Nindya Beton’s operational areas across Indonesia.
