# Accelerate Your Career in Cocoa Manufacturing with ofi Future Impact Talent
Since 1996, our journey across this expansive region has evolved from humble trading roots into a robust, large-scale enterprise. Today, we proudly partner with over 400,000 smallholder farmers, local collectors, and dedicated suppliers nationwide to source premium cocoa, coffee, palm oil, nutmeg, and black and white pepper. Standing as the largest Robusta exporter and a premier Arabica exporter in Indonesia, we command roughly 15 percent of the combined market share while also leading the nation in cocoa product exports.
We recognize that smallholder farming communities require targeted assistance to boost both crop quality and agricultural yields, especially in the face of shifting climate patterns. Consequently, we spearhead some of the most comprehensive sustainable sourcing initiatives in the region. Alongside our sourcing network, our state-of-the-art BT Cocoa processing facility in Jakarta anchors our domestic manufacturing presence. Together, we provide direct employment to nearly 1,400 permanent staff and over 1,150 seasonal workers, collaborating seamlessly with suppliers from Northern Sumatra across the heart of Java and deep into eastern Sulawesi.
