1. Administrative Officer – Power Plant Joint Operations (KSO)

General Requirements:
* Gender: Open to both Male and Female applicants.
* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience: Prior experience in power plant environments or utility operations is highly advantageous.

Certifications: Must hold a valid General Occupational Health and Safety Expert Certification (Sertifikasi AK3 Umum*).
* Experience: Proven experience working in the HSE field is required.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking safety metrics, incident reporting, and data analysis.
* Soft Skills: Highly organized, disciplined, accountable, and capable of identifying operational risks.
