We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to be stationed at our Nila Breeding Center (NBC). In this role, you will bridge the gap between rigorous financial accounting and hands-on agricultural operations, ensuring profitability and financial transparency across our aquaculture cycles.
Key Responsibilities
As our new Accountant, your daily duties will directly impact business growth and strategic management decisions. Your core responsibilities include:

* Cost Accounting: Calculate complex aquaculture expenses—including feed, seeds, and general operations—along with precise Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) determinations.
* Asset & Inventory Monitoring: Oversee stock levels and biological assets, specifically tracking the inventory of fish across our ponds.
* Partnership Management: Handle the meticulous record-keeping for partnership agreements and profit-sharing mechanisms.
* Cost Control & Variance Analysis: Perform thorough operational variance analyses to enforce strict cost-control measures.

Candidate Qualifications
