## Part A: PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) – Head Office
General Requirements: Current students or recent graduates (D3, D4, S1, or S2 levels).
1. Strategic Planning: Architectural, Graphic Design, or Mechanical Engineering backgrounds.
2. Governance & Compliance: International Relations, Communication, Management, or Political Science.
3. Terminal Multipurpose: Industrial Engineering, Port/Logistics Management, or Marine Engineering.
4. Vessel & Ro-Ro Services: Visual Communication Design or Management.
5. Pilotage: Port Management, Marine/Shipping Engineering.
6. Learning Planning: Management, HR, or Visual Communication Design.
7. HR System Integration: HR Management or Statistics.
8. HSE (Health, Safety, Environment): Public Health, K3, or Multimedia Design.
9. Pilotage Facilities & Readiness: Oceanography or Marine/Industrial Engineering.
10. Industrial Relations: HR Management or Multimedia/Visual Design.
11. General Services: Accounting, Law, or Administration.
12. Archiving & HRIS: Administrative disciplines.
13. Port Equipment Planning: Mechanical Engineering or Administration.

* Preference given to candidates based in or studying in the Surabaya area.
* Note: This is an offline, on-site internship program.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
* Ability to create high-quality infographics or data diagrams.
* Duration: 6 months.
