1. Engineering
* Target Degrees: Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Geodesy, Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
2. Plant
* Target Degrees: Data Science, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Automotive Engineering.
3. SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment)
* Target Degrees: Data Science, Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Mining Engineering.
4. SCM (Supply Chain Management)

## General Qualifications for Applicants
To be considered for the PLDP Batch 8 program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D4).
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 27 years old.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be assigned to any PPA Group operational site.
* Commitment: Willingness to sign a service bond (ikatan dinas).
* Process: Candidates must be available to participate in the mandatory offline selection process held in Jakarta.
