## What is the Management Associate Program?
The Management Associate Program is an elite, two-year accelerated career path meticulously crafted to cultivate the future leaders, innovators, and changemakers of the EdTech sector. This program offers a rare opportunity to occupy a high-impact role, helping to define the evolving digital education landscape across Southeast Asia.
By joining this program, you will move beyond traditional entry-level tasks. You will be empowered to take full ownership of high-level initiatives while receiving intensive leadership coaching that prepares you for executive-level responsibilities.
Program Structure and Timeline
The MAP is designed as a deep-dive immersion into the mechanics of a high-growth tech company:
* Duration: A two-year intensive journey.
* Rotations: Three separate rotations across key business functions, each lasting approximately eight months.
* Batch 8 Commencement: July 2026.
* Selection Window: October to December 2025.
## Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Management Associate, you will be thrust into the heart of our operations. You will be tasked with solving the most critical challenges facing the industry today. Your journey will include:
* Multidisciplinary Exposure: You will work across diverse departments—including Product, Marketing, Content, Operations, Sales, and the Ruangguru Foundation—to ensure you possess the versatile skill set required for future management roles.
* High-Impact Projects: You will lead projects aimed at driving exponential growth and measurable success for the company.
* Direct Mentorship: You will work alongside our senior management team, receiving consistent coaching and guidance from industry veterans and subject matter experts.
* Performance Evolution: Your growth will be measured every 3 to 6 months. Our objective is to ensure you are fully prepared to lead a pivotal team within the company upon the completion of your 24-month program.
## Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking high-potential individuals who are ready to make a significant dent in the world of education. You are the ideal candidate if you possess the following qualifications:
Academic and Professional Background
* Education: Final-year university students (expecting to graduate by July 2026) or fresh graduates with a maximum of two years of professional experience.
* Leadership Experience: A demonstrated history of leading projects or experience in building successful ventures.
* Internship Proficiency: Prior experience at technology firms, consulting agencies, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies is highly valued.
* Achievements: A strong track record of success, such as participation in business case competitions, being a recognized Outstanding Student, or winning national and international academic honors.
