This initiative is designed to equip talented individuals with the professional expertise required to excel in the integrated agricultural and livestock sector.
Open Positions
We are currently seeking passionate candidates to fill the following roles:
* Veterinarian: Requires a Professional Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
* Livestock Assistant: Requires a minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Animal Husbandry.
General Requirements for Applicants
To ensure our trainees are prepared for the rigors of field operations, all candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates (D3–S1) from relevant fields of study.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Marital Status: Must be unmarried.
* Commitment: Must be willing to undergo intensive training and accept placement at our operational sites in Central Kalimantan.
## Structure of the Management Trainee Program
Our program is meticulously structured to transform fresh graduates into high-performing professionals through a phased development approach:
1. Initial Training (3 Months): An intensive foundational period covering operational standards and company culture.
2. On-the-Job Training (9 Months): Practical, hands-on experience integrated into our daily business operations.
3. Service Bond: Following the training phase, participants will transition into a designated service period to further develop their career trajectory within the CBI Group.
