## General Candidate Requirements
To ensure our team consists of resilient and capable professionals, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male candidates only. Minimum age of 18 years. Maximum age limits are set at 26 years for positions 3 and 4, and 35 years for positions 1, 2, 5, 6, and 7.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Marital Status: Single and willing to remain unmarried throughout the duration of the training program (specifically for positions 3 and 4).
* Physical & Mental Fitness: Must be in good health, highly disciplined, and possessing a strong work ethic.
* Location Flexibility: Fully willing to be stationed at remote company operational areas with limited internet connectivity.
* Mobility: Must own a personal motorcycle (applicable for positions 1 and 2).
* Professional Experience: Required minimum work experience includes:
* 3 years for positions 1 and 2.
* 2 years for positions 5 and 6.
* 1 year for position 7.
## Specific Terms and Benefits for Trainee Programs (Positions 3 & 4)
Candidates applying for the Trainee programs will undergo a specialized onboarding and development path. Please review the following conditions and employee benefits carefully:
Training Provisions and Conditions
* Mandatory participation in a 3-month comprehensive training program.
* Submission of the original educational diploma to the company, which will be safely returned upon the successful completion of a 2-year service bond.
* Commitment to fulfill a 2-year service bond immediately following graduation from the trainee program.

* A fixed monthly allowance provided throughout the 3-month training period.
