Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will play a pivotal role in the operational success of our branch offices by handling the following core duties:
* Financial Oversight: Managing branch cash flow, billing progress, and accounts receivable, while verifying payment requests and debt recognition documentation.
* Banking & Vendor Relations: Conducting thorough bank checks on all incoming and outgoing vendor and customer transactions.
* Asset & Budget Management: Creating regular performance reports, developing annual branch budgets, and monitoring the condition and costs of branch facilities and assets.
* Administrative Leadership: Supervising administrative personnel and ensuring efficient office workflows.
* Operational Excellence: Implementing coordinated CSR programs and fostering a workspace that prioritizes health, safety, and regular medical wellness checks.
## Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this rigorous development program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
2. Experience: Open to fresh graduates; however, candidates with up to two years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, or Public Accounting are highly encouraged to apply.
