## Open Positions: Reconciliation & Verification Staff
We are currently hiring for the roles of Reconciliation Staff and Verification Staff. These positions are vital to maintaining our high standards of financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Core Requirements
To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, or a related field of study.
* Professional Experience: Possess a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in reconciliation, finance, accounting, or a related functional role.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles, taxation regulations, transaction journaling, and the end-to-end reconciliation process.
* Analytical Skills: Exhibit strong attention to detail, high analytical capability, and the ability to consistently meet rigorous targets.
* Software Competency: Maintain an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
