Candidate Requirements
We are looking for ambitious, high-performing individuals ready to shape the future of telecommunications. To be considered for the 2025 STAR Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Holders of a Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree from reputable local or international universities in any major.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience Level: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Leadership Potential: A proven track record of active involvement in organizational roles and leadership initiatives.
* Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
* Mobility: A firm willingness to be stationed at any of our operational locations across Indonesia.
* Age Limits: Maximum of 24 years old for S1 candidates and 26 years old for S2 candidates.
