## Open Position: Flight Operation Officer (Dispatcher)
We are currently seeking highly motivated and talented professionals to join our operations team as a Flight Operation Officer (FOO). This role is critical to maintaining the high standards of safety and efficiency that define our airline.
Core Responsibilities
* Regulatory Compliance: Preparing all essential data and information mandated by aviation regulations to ensure safe flight dispatch.
* Safety Analysis: Analyzing weather, traffic, and technical data to determine dispatch safety and filing accurate ATC Flight Plans.
* Crew Coordination: Ensuring all flight crews are fully informed and confirmed prior to the commencement of any flight.
* Operational Oversight: Supervising ground handling agents and liaising effectively with airport authorities and relevant agencies.
* Documentation Management: Maintaining and updating company manuals and operational documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Reporting: Preparing and submitting detailed monthly flight operation reports.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA), D3, or S1 degree.
2. Industry Experience: At least 1 year of experience specifically within the aviation sector.
3. Licensing: Possession of an active and valid FOO License is mandatory.
4. Skills: Strong computer literacy and fluency in English.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts.
6. Mobility: Must be prepared for placement across any of our flight routes, with a specific focus on TJQ, PLM, and DJJ.
