1. Staff Internal Sales
* Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries, prepare accurate sales documentation (quotations/invoices), update CRM/pricing systems, and support external sales teams with administrative tasks.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; minimum 1 year of relevant sales administration experience; proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; strong attention to detail.
2. Staff Continuous Improvement
* Responsibilities: Drive Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives; analyze production workflows to eliminate waste; apply quality tools like PDCA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering; minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience; familiarity with 7 QC tools; strong analytical mindset.
3. Staff People Development
* Responsibilities: Develop competency matrices, analyze training KPIs, manage Learning Management Systems (LMS), and implement talent development strategies.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management; minimum 1 year of experience in People Development; excellent communication and proficiency in MS Excel.
4. Production Supervisor
* Responsibilities: Manage shift-based manpower, monitor production KPIs, ensure compliance with IATF 16949/K3 safety protocols, and troubleshoot technical downtime.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing; expertise in TPM, Lean, and 5S; willing to work in shifts.
5. Production Engineering Supervisor
* Responsibilities: Mentor process engineers, oversee project deliverables, define technical scope/budgets, and champion plant reliability initiatives.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering; 5+ years of process engineering experience (2+ in leadership); expertise in process simulation (Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD).
6. Engineering Process Manager
* Responsibilities: Lead the engineering department, optimize resource allocation, serve as the senior technical authority for large-scale projects, and provide strategic recommendations for efficiency.
* Requirements: 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering (3–5 years in a managerial role); advanced knowledge of hydraulic calculations and P&ID development; P.E. license preferred.
7. Sales Supervisor
* Responsibilities: Develop high-impact sales strategies, lead sales teams to exceed targets, analyze market trends, and manage key client relationships.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing; 2+ years in a supervisory sales role within the manufacturing or steel sector; proven track record in driving data-driven growth.
