We are currently expanding our human resources department and looking for a dedicated HR Staff member to support our growing workforce. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, recruiting, and managing top-tier talent to sustain our operational success.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
To ensure a seamless fit for our fast-paced corporate environment, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management from a reputable university.
* Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Recruiter. Exceptional fresh graduates with robust internship backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Excel, including proficiency in utilizing VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables for data-driven HR decisions.
* Personal Competencies: A self-starter with high initiative, strong interpersonal communication skills, and the resilience to thrive under pressure.
* Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English to facilitate effective communication across our international network.
* Work Location: Willing to be stationed at our Head Office located in BSD, South Tangerang.
