## Professional Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our projects maintain the highest levels of safety and quality, all applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
1. Gender: Male.
2. Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in an Engineering discipline.
3. Professional Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position within an EPC project environment, specifically within the Oil & Gas or Geothermal sectors.
4. Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
5. Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at our Head Office or designated project sites based on operational needs.
