The Unit Head Development Program (UHDP) is an intensive career acceleration initiative designed specifically for the Factory division. This program offers a structured two-year service bond, providing participants with the mentorship and operational exposure necessary to become future leaders within the Mayora Group.
1. Unit Head Development Program (UHDP) – Warehouse
This role is critical to maintaining the supply chain integrity of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing warehouse activities, managing stock opname accuracy, and supervising the efficient loading, unloading, and receipt of goods.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; previous experience in warehouse management (minimum 1 year) is a significant advantage.
* Technical Skills: Deep understanding of FIFO, FEFO, and LIFO inventory management systems.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be assigned to any company facility based on operational requirements.
* Availability: Ability to work in a 3-shift rotation system.
2. Unit Head Development Program (UHDP) – Water Resources
The Water Resources division ensures the sustainability and quality of the company’s core product. This role involves maintaining water resource systems according to strategic plans to meet production targets.
* Education: Diploma IV or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates; relevant experience in water resource management is highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID).
* Flexibility: Willingness to be relocated to areas based on the company's operational needs.
* Availability: Ability to work in a 3-shift rotation system.
