The TMTP #19 is a meticulously designed initiative aimed at cultivating the next generation of leaders within our palm oil plantation and processing operations. This program offers a comprehensive, end-to-end view of the business, bridging the gap between strategic decision-making at our Head Office and the practical realities of field operations (Genba).
