Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the TMTP 2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possess a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Graduation Status: Recent graduates and those who graduated in the previous year are encouraged to apply.
* Commitment: Willingness to sign a service bond for a period of 2.5 years.
* Mobility: Full readiness to be stationed at our plantation sites across Kalimantan or Sumatra.
