## Current Open Positions
We are currently recruiting for the following key roles to strengthen our operations in Central Kalimantan:
* Estate Assistant (Asisten Afdeling): Overseeing day-to-day plantation activities to ensure optimal crop management and yield.
* Estate Administration Head (KTU Kebun): Managing administrative workflows, financial reporting, and operational logistics at the plantation level.
* QC/Research Agronomy Assistant: Monitoring quality standards and conducting agronomic research to improve plantation productivity and health.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure our high standards of excellence are maintained, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) in a field relevant to the position applied for.
2. Professional Experience: Candidates are required to have at least 3 to 6 years of proven experience in a similar role within the industry.
3. Geographical Flexibility: Applicants must be willing and prepared to be stationed at our operational sites in Central Kalimantan.
