1. Mine Engineer
The Mine Engineer plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency by formulating comprehensive mine planning, production scheduling, high-quality designs, and project monitoring to ensure company objectives are successfully met.
Key Accountabilities
* Formulate and supervise the implementation plan and schedule across the entire life of the mine, establishing critical assumptions for pit optimization, production scheduling, digging sequences, and equipment requirements.
* Design mining hills utilizing comprehensive geological data—such as block models, ore zones, and stripping ratios—while delivering consistent cross-sectional updates.
* Develop conceptual pit designs that maximize ore extraction while addressing drainage requirements, equipment capabilities, and disposal capacities.
* Deliver actionable short-, medium-, and long-term mine plans encompassing production targets, equipment models, and operational (Opex) and capital (Capex) expenditure estimates.
* Control and monitor budgeting assumptions, coordinating the preparation of comprehensive financial and operational forecasts in alignment with integrated business plans.
Candidate Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
* Possess a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a relevant mining engineering role.
* Hold a valid Pengawas Operational Pratama (POP) certification.
* Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software, including Mine Design tools (Vulcan, Surpac, Deswik), Mine Scheduling applications (Whittle, MineMax, MineSched), Arcview, MSS, Access, and MS Project.
