## Job Overview: Recruitment & Selection Staff
As a core member of the Human Resources division, you will manage the talent acquisition lifecycle to ensure the organization attracts, selects, and retains top-tier professionals who align with Yamaha's high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-End Hiring: Oversee complete recruitment and selection workflows to fulfill organizational staffing needs efficiently and effectively.
* Assessment & Evaluation: Administer psychological tests and conduct in-depth candidate interviews.
* Data Management: Develop, organize, and maintain robust recruitment databases and active talent pools.
* Partnership Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and alternative talent channels.
* Process Optimization: Analyze ongoing recruitment metrics and performance, proposing strategic improvements for future hiring cycles.

* Gender & Education: Male candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
* Experience: Prior hands-on experience in handling recruitment and selection processes.

* Software Proficiency: High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital recruitment management systems.
