1. Operational Administrator
We are looking for an organized professional to manage our documentation and data streams in Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
* Experience: At least 1 year in an operational admin role, preferably within the logistics sector.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing and tracing delivery orders, inputting data into internal systems, generating reports, and comprehensive document archiving.
* Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
2. Service Advisor
Based in Makassar, this role is critical for ensuring our fleet remains in peak condition through expert maintenance oversight.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering, with a preference for Automotive Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor.
* Key Knowledge: Proficiency in heavy vehicle maintenance (preventive and corrective), understanding of major vehicle systems, and familiarity with parts catalogs.
* Responsibilities: Monitoring repair processes through to final checks, managing Work Orders (SPK), and handling daily repair reports.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work shifts as required.
3. General Repair Mechanic
We are seeking hands-on mechanics to join our workshop teams in Pasuruan, Gresik, and Surabaya.
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Automotive Engineering or related fields.
* Key Skills: Mastery in truck maintenance and repair.
* Requirements: Willingness to provide emergency or "storing" services, ability to perform under pressure, and a strong sense of honesty and discipline.
* Mobility: Must be prepared to be stationed or assigned to any PT SIL workshop location.
4. Body Repair Mechanic
Specialists are needed for our Makassar and East Java (Pasuruan, Gresik, Surabaya) locations to ensure our fleet's structural integrity.
* Education: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.
* Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a Karoseri (body shop) or welding environment.
* Requirements: Must possess a valid SIM A driver’s license. Welding certification is considered a significant advantage.
* Qualities: High levels of discipline, a hard-working mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
