## Career Opportunity: Recruitment Staff
We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Staff member to be based at our Karawaci campus in Tangerang. This is a full-time position designed for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of the HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the university’s workforce. Your primary duties will include:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle, encompassing candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and facilitating the onboarding process.
* Talent Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networking to attract top-tier talent.
* Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between prospective candidates and hiring managers to streamline interview schedules.
* Pipeline Management: Proactively build and nurture a talent database to meet the future needs of the university.
* Administrative Oversight: Maintain accurate recruitment reports and provide periodic hiring status updates to senior management.
* HR Support: Assist with various HR-related functions and administrative tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology is mandatory.
2. Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience within Human Resources, specifically focusing on Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
3. Skills and Competencies:
* Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment workflows.
* Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate assessment capabilities.
