Candidate Requirements
We seek candidates who possess the drive and discipline to excel in a fast-paced environment. To qualify for the program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Gender/Age: Male, maximum 25 years of age.
2. Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
3. Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 3.25.
4. Mobility: Willingness to be stationed anywhere within our operational network in Indonesia.
5. Residential Requirements: Must be willing to reside in company housing during the training period.
6. Commitment: Willingness to sign a two-year service bond and complete the full intensive training curriculum.
7. Physical Health: Excellent physical and mental health, including being free from color blindness.
